In Case of Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify kdeehub.com within 3 days from the delivery date via email/whatsapp at contact@kdeehub.com. In the email, include your order number, an image of the invoice, describe the issue, one outer box image, and two clear images of the damaged product. For shipments with multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Expect a response within 24-48 hours, followed by full assistance.

In Case of Missing Product

If a product is missing from your order, inform kdeehub.com within 3 days from the delivery date via email/whatsapp at contact@kdeehub.com. In the email, provide your order number, an image of the invoice, describe the issue, one outer box image, and two clear images of the opened box with all items received. While we cannot accept refund requests for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing product. Anticipate a response within 24-48 hours, along with comprehensive assistance.

In Case of Spoiled Product

For any concerns regarding the spoilage of a product, notify kdeehub.com within 5 days from the delivery date via email/whatsapp at contact@kdeehub.com. In the email, include your order number, date of packaging/manufacture, describe the issue, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product. Returns won’t be accepted due to variances in taste, texture, color, or aroma, given the organic grains products. We will collaborate with you to find an amicable solution, and the product will be replaced after thorough investigation and diligence. Expect a response within 24-48 hours, followed by comprehensive assistance.

Cancellation Policy at kdeehub.com

At kdeehub.com, we believe in assisting our customers to the best of our ability, and, therefore, we have a flexible Cancellation Policy. According to this policy, cancellations will only be entertained if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed on our website, www.kdeehub.com (“Website”). Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions or those that violate the terms and conditions of using the Website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion, with or without notification.

Cancellation Before Shipment

In such instances, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be initiated within 2 – 5 days after processing the cancellation request. For payments made via UPI, credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment within 2 – 5 business days from the order cancellation request. Allow an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled after 7 hours of order confirmation.
